Pulakos Chocolates allowed me to not only design delicious looking things, but also taste test them too! Armed with a hairnet and my Mac, I had the opportunity to work in a chocolate factory in Erie, Pa, developing their new brand for 5 years. I had a wide variety of experiences, from photo editing chocolate (which is surprisingly unpleasant looking up close), designing a suite of marketing materials, custom chocolate bar labels, product packaging, store signage and decor, as well as giving factory tours. It was a very sweet, well rounded experience!
